Leading lawyers from opposing sides of the no-win, no-fee libel rules debate are to go head to head at an event organised by Press Gazette.
Defending a system which has cost newspapers millions will be Adam Tudor from Carter Ruck, and David Price, from David Price Solicitors and Advocates. The debate will be part of the Press Gazette Media Law conference being held in London on 25 June.
The event aims to give journalists and media lawyers a briefing on the latest developments in all aspects of media law.
