Kwik launch

By Press Gazette

Kwik Save
supermarket is following in the footsteps of more upmarket rivals by
launching a customer magazine, which will be based on women’s weeklies
like Take A Break and Chat .

Published by Rare – which already
produces Somerfield Magazine – Kwik Break will have a quarterly
circulation of 900,000 and will be available free with purchases
in-store, for a one-year trial period.

The mag will include new
products and recipes, but will also feature celebrity features and
real-life stories – similar to the weeklies which are the main consumer
mag fare of the Kwik Save core shopper.
