The Kentish Saturday Observer is expanding its editorial, with the launch of a new leisure, lifestyle and property magazine supplement.
The 64-page Saturday Review will be similar to sister title Kent On Sunday's review magazine and will include a property section — Saturday Showhome.
The Observer is also increasing the copies sold in supermarkets, petrol stations and retail outlets by around 5,000 copies and publisher KoS Media is launching a news service on its websites where users can listen to Invicta radio.
Invicta FM's Morning Zoo celebrity gossip presenter Ali Wheeler is to expand her column to a full page in the Saturday Review, which will also be published in the Sunday Review magazine.
Managing director Paul Stannard said: "Our Sunday paper has had a very high profile over the last four years and the Saturday paper has been its little brother. These moves give us the chance to put it on an equal standing.
"Because of the success of the Sunday Review, it's natural to give our readers and advertisers the same on Saturday."
