Independent travel magazine Wanderlust unveils revamp

By admin

wanderlustIndependently published travel magazine Wanderlust has this week unveiled a revamp of the title.

The new-look magazine – which hit newsstands yesterday – launched with a bumper issue featuring a guide to the hottest 50 new trips for 2011, increased pagination – taking it from 132 to 144 pages – and the first of a continuing giveaway of three pocket guides in each issue.

Lyn Hughes, editor-in-chief of Wanderlust said: ‘We’ve completely unpacked the magazine, listened to the invaluable feedback from our readers and like any good packing session we’ve thrown out some kit and stuffed in some new bits to try out for the first time.

‘You will see bigger and better photography spreads, more space dedicated to our readers’ feedback and even more expert travel advice in our new ‘Navigator’ section such as ‘Five steps to taking a hammam’, ‘how to ride a camel’ from an Egyptian camel expert and tips on five uses for condoms on your travels.”
