Axon Publishing is to launch a gardening magazine next month on behalf of the Horticultural Trades Association.
Outdoors, edited by Cherry Maslen, aims to inspire those who do not see themselves as gardeners but enjoy plants and the outdoor life.
The launch forms part of the HTA’s Plant For Life initiative, which aims to move away from the traditional environmental push and promote the role plants can play in enhancing the quality of people’s lives in terms of improving health, frame of mind and generally making life more pleasurable.
Outdoors will be published three times a year and have a print run of 50,000. It will be distributed at home and lifestyle-related events and available through www.plantforlife.info.
