The Guardian’s science editor Tim Radford will be one of the speakers at an international conference on conservation and communication, to be held in Bristol from 7 to 9 October.
Called Communicate, the conference will bring together institutions, individuals and businesses dedicated to raising awareness of, and commitment to, conservation, wildlife and the environment, to debate a range of issues.
Speakers will also include Environment Agency chief Barbara Young; Neil Nightingale, head of the BBC Natural History Unit; Tony Juniper, chief executive of Friends of the Earth; and David Cope, director of the Parliamentary Office for Science and Technology.
