Bigger Sunday Times

By Press Gazette

The Sunday Times Style magazine supplement will run to a hefty 140 pages this weekend, boosted by a sharp increase in advertising over the past year.

According to Times Newspapers, it will be the largest “perfectbound” (rather than stapled) weekly magazine supplement ever published in the UK.

The fashion special will include designer Tom Ford’s first in-depth interview since he left Gucci.

Style editor Tiffanie Darke said: “There has never been a better time to produce such a special edition of Style – the fashion for the coming season is some of the most pretty and wearable it has been for years and I think women and men are going to love it.”

Times Newspapers advertising sales manager Miles Allen said Style has doubled its advertising volume over the past year. The supplement’s normal average size is 60 pages.
