EU data protection authorities are carrying out widespread spot-checks to see if websites comply with European cookie laws that were introduced in 2011.
Your site must:
- Tell visitors how you use cookies
- Have a link on the home page to a clear cookie policy
- Get a visitor's consent to accept cookies from your site
