Al Jazeera English is recruiting 27 additional editorial staff just under a year after its launch..
An Al Jazeera English spokeswoman said: ‘We have decided to grow and expand the channel due to the success of the first year.
‘We have kept things steady and developed the channel and we feel that the time is right to bring more people on board.”
Jobs on offer include producing, presenting and editing.

Journalists are being recruited to work at four news centres around the world in Doha, Washington DC, Kuala Lumpur and London.
Coleman said the recruitment was not linked to any specific new launches.
She said: ‘We are not creating a new service, we are just building on the success of the past year and that means employing more people.
